1. Sponsor

United Way of Southwest Michigan, 2015 Lakeview Ave., St. Joseph, MI 49085. ("United Way" or "Sponsor")

2. Contest Period

The 2026 Community Incentives Drawing begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on February 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 28, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's records are the official record of time for this drawing.

3. Eligibility

Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are:

• 18 years of age or older, and

• Legal residents of Berrien County, Cass County, or Van Buren County, Michigan.

Employees, officers, and directors of United Way of Southwest Michigan, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to win. Prize partners and their employees may enter unless otherwise noted.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. How to Enter

Every eligible individual receives one (1) base entry into the drawing. You may obtain your base entry in one of two ways, described below. You cannot receive more than one base entry. Entering for free does not prevent you from donating, but a donation will not add a second base entry.

Free Base Entry (No Purchase or Donation Necessary)

Visit uwsm.org/incentives during the Contest Period and complete the online entry form with the required fields of full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. This gives you one (1) base entry. No purchase, payment, donation, or pledge of any kind is required, and no minimum contribution is required to enter this way.

Base Entry Plus Bonus Entries Through a Pledge or Gift

Individuals who make a qualifying pledge or gift to United Way of Southwest Michigan during the Contest Period automatically receive one (1) base entry, plus bonus entries based on the amount given, as follows:

• Any donation of $1 or more: 1 base entry (no bonus entries)

• $180 to $279: 1 base entry + 1 bonus entry (2 total)

• $280 to $379: 1 base entry + 2 bonus entries (3 total)

• $380 to $479: 1 base entry + 3 bonus entries (4 total)

• $480 to $579: 1 base entry + 4 bonus entries (5 total)

• $580 to $679: 1 base entry + 5 bonus entries (6 total)

• $680 to $779: 1 base entry + 6 bonus entries (7 total)

• $780 or more: 1 base entry + 7 bonus entries (8 total, the maximum)

Your base entry is counted once. If you enter for free and later donate, or donate and also submit the free entry form, you still receive only one base entry, and any bonus entries you earn are added to that single base entry.

Qualifying pledges and gifts may be made by workplace campaign e-pledge, paper pledge form, online at uwsm.org/donate, or by check. Contributions must be received or postmarked within the Contest Period to qualify. Entries are credited to the individual donor of record. Corporate, foundation, and organizational gifts do not generate entries.

Maximum Entries

Regardless of the method or combination of methods used, no individual may receive more than eight (8) total entries during the Contest Period.

5. Drawing

Four (4) winners will be selected in a single random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted in January 2027 privately by representatives of United Way of Southwest Michigan, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this drawing.

The first name drawn receives the 1st Place Prize Package, the second name drawn receives the 2nd Place Prize Package, the third name drawn receives the 3rd Place Prize Package, and the fourth name drawn receives the 4th Place Prize Package. No individual may win more than one prize.

If fewer than four eligible entries are received during the Contest Period, only as many prizes as there are eligible entrants will be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes

1st Place Prize Package — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $953 to $1,213

• Two-night stay at Ambrose Bed & Breakfast in Baroda (ARV $498-$758)

• Flex season passes for Twin City Players shows (ARV $105)

• "Taste of Southwest Michigan" dining package to Silver Beach Pizza in St. Joseph (ARV $75), Brewster's in New Buffalo (ARV $100), La Cantina in Paw Paw (ARV $50), Tosi's in Stevensville (ARV $100), and Holden Green Tavern in Cassopolis (ARV $25)

2nd Place Prize Package — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $650

• $200 in gas or merchandise at any area Casey's General Store (ARV $200)

• One KitchenAid small appliance of winner's choice, subject to available inventory (ARV $250-$450)

3rd Place Prize Package — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $175

• One Family Day Pass to the Harbor Shores 9-hole Wee Course in Benton Harbor (ARV $150)

• Gift card to Silver Beach Pizza in St. Joseph (ARV $25)

4th Place Prize Package — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $550

• $100 gift card for hospitality at any Four Winds Casino location (ARV $100)

• One KitchenAid small appliance of winner's choice, subject to available inventory (ARV $250-$450)

Total ARV of all prizes: up to $2,288

7. Prize Conditions

KitchenAid small appliance selections are based on available inventory at the time the prize is claimed. If the winner's first choice is unavailable, Sponsor will offer a comparable substitute.

Prizes are awarded as-is with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

All prize elements are subject to the terms, conditions, blackout dates, expiration dates, and availability set by the issuing business. Winners are responsible for any costs not expressly listed as part of a prize, including but not limited to travel, meals, gratuities, and incidentals.

The Four Winds Casino hospitality gift card is redeemable only by individuals who meet the age and eligibility requirements set by that establishment. Not valid on gambling/games.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by telephone, email, or mail using the contact information provided at entry, in January 2027. Winners must respond and claim their prize within 10 business days of first notification attempt. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the claim period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where legally permissible, a publicity release before the prize is awarded.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to provide a Social Security number or taxpayer identification number, and United Way of Southwest Michigan will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law.

Prize value received through this drawing is not tax-deductible and does not affect the deductibility of any charitable contribution made separately.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional and reporting purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.

11. Privacy

Information collected through entry is used by United Way of Southwest Michigan to administer this drawing and, where permission is given, for future communication. Sponsor does not sell donor or entrant information. See Sponsor's privacy policy at uwsm.org for full details.

12. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, mechanically reproduced, submitted by automated means, or submitted after the Contest Period ends will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing, or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

If the drawing cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including but not limited to technical failure, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the drawing and to select winners from among eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless United Way of Southwest Michigan, its board members, employees, volunteers, prize partners, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of participation in this drawing or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undelivered entries, or for any technical malfunction, error, omission, interruption, or delay in operation or transmission.

14. Winners List

Names of winners will be posted on United Way of Southwest Michigan's social media channels and uwsm.org after all winners have confirmed acceptance of prizes in January 2027.

15. Governing Law

These Official Rules and all matters relating to this drawing are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
